3. Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process of this precision customized heat resistant strong magnetic force high torque coin disc-shaped ndfeb magnets are as following:

 

- Pulse Plating: Uses pulsed current control to create denser and more uniform metallic crystal structures. Compared to traditional plating, this significantly improves coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.

- Laser Sealing: High-precision laser scanning seals micro-cracks and pores on the coating surface, improving resistance to moisture, salt spray, and harsh environments. Corrosion resistance can exceed 1000 hours.

- Parylene Vacuum Coating: A conformal polymer layer applied by vapor deposition (CVD). It is pinhole-free, highly insulating, biocompatible, and chemically resistant. Widely used in medical and clean environments.
