These precision customized high magnetic force corrosion resistance radially magnetized sintered Arc Segment Magnets’ multi-pole magnetization and complex structural engineering enable accurate magnetic field control, making them indispensable in cutting-edge fields like medical microsystems and robotic joints.  
More specifically, with the hole, they may be referred to as Wedge Arc Magnets with Central Bore.

3. Manufacturing Process

Special-Shaped Forming:  

-Compression Molding:  Powder cold-pressed at 800-1,500 MPa → Regular complex shapes  

- Extrusion Molding :  Powder heated to 50-100°C → Injected into molds → 90-95% theoretical density (Ideal for elongated/tubular shapes)  

Sintering & Post-Processing:  

- Vacuum Sintering:  

  1050-1180°C at ≤10⁻³ Pa → >98% theoretical density   

 



4. Surface Treatment & Plating

- Electroless Nickel (EN):  

  Autocatalytic Ni-P alloy → Uniform coating (±1μm) for deep/blind holes  

- DLC Coating:  

  Magnetron-sputtered carbon film → HV2000-3000 hardness, <0.1 friction coefficient (For high-speed rotors)  

 

 

5. Appearance & Dimensional Inspection  

Quality control protocol:  

- Manual inspection (micrometer/caliper)  

- Visual inspection (800-1,200 lux, 20-750px distance)  

- 2D optical measurement (irregular geometries) 



6. Reliability Testing

Environmental Adaptability Testing

Temperature Resistance Test: Magnets are subjected to extreme temperature conditions, typically through thermal cycling between -40°C and +80°C, to assess changes in magnetic and physical properties. 





Humidity Exposure Test: Magnets are placed in environments with high relative humidity (≥ 90%) for a specified duration to evaluate any signs of rust, corrosion, or degradation in magnetic performance.

Salt Spray Test: To simulate harsh conditions such as coastal environments, magnets are exposed to salt spray atmospheres to examine their corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
