To improve corrosion resistance, surface integrity, and long-term magnetic stability, several advanced surface treatments are applied:

● Edge Reinforcement
A nickel-based alloy is applied to the magnet’s seams through laser cladding, forming a dense, protective layer that effectively blocks electrochemical corrosion and strengthens vulnerable edges.

● Edge Rounding
The sharp edges of the magnet are carefully rounded to minimize magnetic field distortion, reduce chipping risks during handling, and improve overall coating adhesion.

● Standard Protective Coating
Each magnet is finished with a triple-layer Ni–Cu–Ni coating, which provides strong mechanical durability and reliable corrosion protection.
Typical thickness: Ni (3 μm) + Cu (5 μm) + Ni (4 μm).

● Optional Premium Coatings
For applications requiring enhanced conductivity or additional resistance to harsh environments, gold or silver plating is available. These coatings further improve corrosion resistance while offering superior surface conductivity and aesthetics.

Automated Intelligent Inspection: High-speed cameras with AI algorithms detect and reject defects (e.g., cracks, scratches, discoloration) and dimensional anomalies, improving yield and reducing human error.




Reliability Testing

To ensure magnet maintain excellent corrosion resistance in complex or harsh environments, the salt spray test is an essential accelerated aging method. It simulates long-term exposure to marine climates, industrial pollution, humidity, or acidic and alkaline conditions, allowing for a reliable evaluation of the protective performance and durability of the magnet's surface coating.



 Constant Temperature & Humidity Test: Performed under 85°C and 85% RH for 96–500 hours. Performance and appearance are compared before and after testing.
