 Product Overview

High Precision strong performance Nickel-plated small Halbach Array NdFeB Magnets. Such as brush less DC motors (BLDC), wind turbine rotors, and high-torque industrial motors. The magnet features an arc structure and can be customized in terms of curvature, thickness, inner/outer diameter, and magnetization direction. With optimized arc geometry and precision orientation magnetization, it provides stable and uniform magnetic flux output, ensuring excellent performance even under high-speed rotation or heavy-load conditions with Strong performance and High Precision Nickel-plated Halbach Array NdFeB magnets  energy-efficient motor  neodymium magnet.

- Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD): Achieves nanoscale sealing to fill micropores in the magnet.
- Rotating Cathode Design: Ensures uniform surface current density through multidirectional rotation during electroplating.
- High Precision performance Nickel-plated Halbach Array neodymium magnet Pulse Electroplating: Uses circle/trapezoidal wave pulse current to significantly improve coverage in deep holes.

Constant Temperature & Humidity Test: Performed under 85°C and 85% RH for 96–500 hours. Performance and appearance are compared before and after testing.

Vacuum Sealed Packaging: Multi-layer vacuum sealing with moisture barriers, desiccants or nitrogen, prevents corrosion and magnetic interference during storage and shipping.

 

Customized Outer Packaging: Shock-proof, moisture-resistant, and anti-magnetic leakage packaging (e.g., multilayer cartons, plastic boxes, metal shielding) ensures compliance with international logistics standards. Each box includes a product list, labels, and tracking codes.
